1 cup hazelnuts
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips. 

 

Steps to Make Homemade Nutella:

  1. Toast the Hazelnuts:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Spread 1 cup of hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 10-12 minutes until golden and aromatic.
    • Let the hazelnuts cool, then rub them with a clean kitchen towel to remove most of the skins (some remaining skin is fine).
